Intervention Consultation Meeting
Our first task is to organize a supportive team and invite them to have an Initial Consultation meeting. This meeting will help to identify vital team members who may just be partially involved and those present at the intervention meeting. Committing to the Consultation meeting does not require that you continue with the full Intervention process. It simply creates an opportunity to learn more about the Interventionist and the process. Participants will share their perspectives and concerns about their loved one and receive feedback. This is where themInterventionist learns about family dynamics and their readiness for the process. Fundamentals, such as communication, trust, and emotional stability are all promoted to help establish alignment with the group because fractures in the system will weaken the attempt to intervene.
Intervention Process
|
The Intervention process is an all-inclusive service that takes place over a period of time in respect to urgency and preparation. Families have only 1 chance to make the biggest impact they can during an Intervention. Don't wast it, rushing the process, holding a non-professional event, or hiring the wrong provider.
There is a series of prep. meetings that occur, plus any and all communication outside of meetings on a 24/7 basis. Each Intervention is unique according to the families needs and decision making from the team. This is not a one size fits all process and it does not resemble TV or google depictions. It was a compassionate and structured approach often involving the identified patient before the Intervention even happens. The Interventionist job is to manage everything from personalities to insurance benefits, so that the participants can focus on themselves. |
Clinical Companion/ Transport
Monarch provides Clinical Transportation Services to clients that need safe supervision during travel to help ensure they arrive at their intended destination safely. Clinical transportation is a service often used for Intervention clients so that they follow through with their commitment to enter a treatment program. We travel anywhere in the world within a moments notice, and we can even transport an individual who is under the influence of substances, as along as they are not in need of direct medical attention and physically stable enough to fly or drive. We can provide all travel arrangements, assist with proper documentation, as well as pack and unpack personal belongings, if needed. Our travel companions will make sure all medical documentation and personal belongings get into the proper hands of the treatment facility or family member.

Patient Case Management | Family Consulting
|
Patient case management in the addiction recovery field is a comprehensive, hands-on service designed to ensure individuals and families are not left navigating treatment alone. It involves assessing clinical needs, coordinating providers from appropriate levels of care, collaborating with treatment providers, advocating for the client, and overseeing discharge and aftercare planning to ensure true continuity of care. Too often, hospitals and treatment centers are not proactive or responsive in care management or discharge planning due to high caseloads, insurance pressures, and limited staffing, leaving families to manage complex transitions on their own. Through Monarch, patient Case Management provides ongoing oversight, accountability, and strategic coordination — helping to bridge gaps in communication, prevent fragmented care, and support a smoother, more sustainable path to long-term recovery.

A Monarch Consultant will meet with the family for an extended consultation meeting to walk them through every detail of choosing a program for their loved one, then prepare the whole family for the admission process as well as long-term planning post-discharge.

Recovery/ Life Coaching
|
Recovery/Life coaching is a practical and sometimes hands-on approach to helping people achieve their goals. The benefits of working with a coach can help stimulate motivation, improve structure and organization skills, identify strengths and shortcomings, teach accountability and so much more Coaching is not therapy but can work best when using in conjunction with therapy. Coaching supports any positive change in someone's life whether they are learning to live a drug-free lifestyle, balance their time, or structure their responsibilities. Personal change in someone's lifestyle can also help shape character and personality. Coaching is a good way to enrich a person's identity by defining their values, principles and most of all, their purpose and passion for living.
